Wayne Outten, Esq.
Wayne Outten assists Crenshaw Clients in negotiating severance and employment contracts. He is the Founding and Managing Partner of Outten & Golden, LLP where he also co-chairs the firm’s Executives and Professionals Practice Group. He has lectured extensively on employment law, especially on negotiation, mediation, and arbitration of employment disputes, on employment and severance agreements, and on retaliation and whistleblower claims. Wayne is now Chair-Elect of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association; and he was a founder, co-founder, or founding board member of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York, and Workplace Fairness (a charitable organization). A widely published author whose work is frequently found in legal and popular publications, Wayne received his B.S. from Drexel University and J.D. from New York University School of Law.
