At Crenshaw we take a unique approach to recognizing the role of talent in business success. We view talent opportunities through the lens of senior business leaders and provide the strategic insight to deliver enhanced business results. We believe that every business should have a clear global Talent Strategy linked to its business strategy. The Talent Strategy, once developed, should be adopted as a major corporate imperative by the CEO and his senior leadership team and communicated throughout the organization. Every people-related decision should then be measured against this strategy and explained with reference to it. This approach changes the context of Talent Solutions. We encourage employee involvement in program design, with the entire design team referring to the Talent Strategy as the fundamental guide to each decision. In this way, the design process becomes a change process, moving the organization to a culture tightly aligned to the business strategy.
