The role of succession planning is becoming more critical in corporate management, but research shows that fewer than 20% of public companies have credible succession plans in place for their top executives. Crenshaw works with Boards, CEOs, and HR executives to understand the strengths, weaknesses, and operating issues of their leadership groups. We then work together to identify needed changes and future succession scenarios, and build development strategies to prepare succession candidates for their possible future roles, including their “fit” with the prevailing corporate culture.
