As an Executive Advisor, Mentor, and Coach for Crenshaw Associates, Mary Green brings 20 years of experience working with senior executives. As an Advisor and Mentor, Mary has significant experience working with clients seeking their next traditional role or exploring alternative career paths. She has coached high-potential executives in various industries in areas such as leadership development, active retirement design, transition, and onboarding.
Previously, Mary was a senior executive in corporate communications, investor and analyst communications, and public relations roles at Swiss Reinsurance Life & Health, Reader’s Digest Association, and Champion International Corporations (now International Paper Company).
She is a certified AVA (Activity Vector Analysis) Analyst and earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees in Communications at Michigan State University.
