Joanna advises senior executives on the execution of their career campaigns to the recruiter and corporate communities. She has more than 25 years experience as a retained search consultant having been a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates, Korn/Ferry International and Horton International. Prior to her executive recruiting career, Joanna worked at Citibank and PepsiCo. Fluent in French, Joanna has an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA from Lake Forest College. In addition, she holds a certification in Executive Coaching from Columbia University and is certified in Hogan Assessments.
