We view Change Management as an integral part of all client initiatives. At their foundation, all initiatives depend on people for success, which will only be achieved if the change is both understood and accepted. We collaborate with clients around a three-step Change Management process that begins with securing strong line and HR sponsorship, developing a convincing and understandable business case, and identifying and mapping key stakeholders. The change plans we then develop with clients include a Stakeholder Plan, a Communications Plan, a Culture Assessment & Migration Plan, a Knowledge Plan, and Organization Design & Alignment. These are supported by our established Governance Process. We then help clients deploy the change plan components and put in place a mechanism to measure and track success.
