Natasha leads our research and operational activities.  She joined the firm in 1997.  Since then, Natasha has supported virtually all of Crenshaw’s transition clients.  Her skills are particularly helpful in using web-based resources for information gathering and for helping clients improve their own technical competency.  She is also responsible for Crenshaw’s proprietary database of recruiters and friends of the firm, which she uses to generate leads and networking introductions for all of our transitioning clients. In addition, she manages data generation and analysis for our Forward Assessment Consulting™ practice.  Natasha graduated from Yale with a BA in Chemical Engineering.
