This consists of a small community of sitting Directors who act as peer advisors to one another, focused on the issues they face as Board members. Crenshaw’s Directors’ Circle is a forum where issues like trends in compensation, regulation and compliance, Board composition, and general governance can be discussed among experienced colleagues. It is also a learning community for sharing business concerns among other accomplished business and governance executives.
